Rare Vintage Crooksville Pottery Raggedy Ann & Andy Child's Plate
Add a touch of mid-century nostalgia to your collection with this original Raggedy Ann and Andy nursery plate. Produced by Crooksville Pottery, this "ware" features the beloved rag dolls riding the Camel with the Wrinkled Knees.
• Design: Cream-colored base with a colorful center decal and a simple gold-tone rim.
• Markings: Stamped on the back: "Raggedy Ann and Andy ware by Crooksville. Copyright 1941 Johnny Gruelle Co."
• Condition: This piece shows authentic vintage character. There is noticeable crazing throughout the glaze (fine hairline lines), which is very common for ironstone of this age. There are some minor age spots/discoloration, but no large chips or cracks visible. (Please see photos for a close-up of the crazing).
